After making a large shipment on Saturday 03/14, we took a breath and returned to our routine work. On the night between Monday and Tuesday, an unexpected conference call took place with volunteers from Israel and Ukraine. During the call, the Ukrainian side mentioned that they were left without their last laptop and had nothing to work on. They were urgently trying to find a new one, but, as always, there was no money.
Meanwhile, from the batch provided by Center Makor, Eugene Shilmayster, and Dribinskiy Dmitriy, we still had 4 laptops left. So the next day, all the necessary documents were prepared, and on Wednesday we delivered the package for shipment.
At the same time, we assembled and sent another batch to Kharkiv — craft supplies for a children’s center and a special needs teacher.
03/18 1 box (4 laptops packed in warm sleeping bag - to Volyn,
1 box to Kharkiv.
Total 40 lbs, $129.60
Also yesterday we sent a shipment for our partners in Germany. They assemble backpacks for Ukrainian frontline medics, and we help them source the necessary supplies from American manufacturers. The shipment will fly out this week with trusted people.

Today marks the 4th anniversary of the creation of GDRT.
During this time, we have worked “on the ground” in refugee camps in Poland, served as frontline medics in Ukraine, evacuated the wounded and refugees, provided logistical support, and sourced and delivered critical medical equipment where it was needed most.
We have also trained Ukrainian medical staff and shelter workers — sharing knowledge, strengthening local capacity.
Thanks to the incredible support of our donors, over the past four years we have shipped more than $5,000,000 worth of medical supplies.
And we are still working.
Our latest shipment went out on 02/26:
5 boxes headed to Kharkiv, Kyiv, Cherkasy, and Lviv.
This shipment includes laptops donated by Dribinskiy Dmitriy, Center Makor, and Eugene Shilmayster, along with medical supplies, toys, games, and craft materials for special education teachers and orphanages.
The total cost of this shipment was $553.41.
None of this would be possible without you.
Please support our work and consider donating to our organization. Together, we continue to make a difference.
